The service and these terms

Mayhem Client (“Mayhem”, “we”, “us”) provides the website at mayhemclient.xyz, account services, a launcher and licensed software for Minecraft Java Edition. These terms govern your use of those services and purchases made through the website. Read them together with the Privacy notice, Cookie policy and Refunds & cancellation policy.

Mayhem is independent software. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. A legitimate copy of Minecraft and a compatible installation are required. The client supports Minecraft 1.16.5; the Windows launcher supports Windows 10/11 x64.

By creating an account or using the software, you agree to the terms applicable to that use. When placing an order, you agree to the displayed plan, price and purchase conditions. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply to you under mandatory law.

Account and personal access

Use an email address you control. Keep your email account and launcher session private. Do not sell or share your Mayhem account, licence or session credentials. You must have the legal capacity and any guardian permission required to use or purchase the service.

A licence is intended for one person and one linked device at a time. The launcher binds a pseudonymous device identifier and public key to the account. One self-service device reset is available every 30 days; contact support if you need a further reset or cannot access the old device. An administrator can review and reset the binding.

Plans, prices and activation

Plans cost US$5 for one calendar month, US$10 for three calendar months and US$20 for six calendar months, unless a different price is clearly displayed for your order before payment. Each is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by the service and the corresponding access is issued. Returning to the website from a payment page is not proof of payment.

The access period begins at payment confirmation. Activation and expiry dates are shown in your account. Unless checkout expressly identifies a purchase as an extension, an additional purchase creates its own access period rather than automatically adding unused time to an existing plan.

A plan grants personal, non-exclusive, time-limited access to the distributed Mayhem software and updates supplied during the plan. It does not transfer ownership of the source code or grant a right to redistribute the software. Features, supported installations and release requirements should be checked before purchase. No specific future feature is promised.

Review the amount payable and any disclosed taxes, provider charges, conversion costs or network fees before authorising payment. Only use the payment flow opened from the website. Do not send funds to an address copied from a screenshot or an unofficial message.

Licence and permitted use

Install and use only the authorised release for your own permitted use. Do not redistribute paid releases, rent access, resell credentials or bypass the licence service. This restriction does not remove rights that applicable law gives you, including mandatory interoperability or reverse-engineering exceptions.

Mayhem does not distribute the Minecraft game itself or grant permission to ignore Minecraft’s EULA, third-party software licences or a server’s rules. Only use features where you are allowed to do so. Server operators may block the software or sanction your game account. We do not promise undetectability, ban immunity, wins, universal mod compatibility or a particular FPS change.

Downloads, updates and availability

The launcher may be downloaded without a paid plan. Downloading or using the licensed mod requires an authenticated account and active entitlement. Licence validation requires network access and the launcher to remain available during the licensed session. This is not a promise of permanent offline access.

Updates are verified against signed release information. Maintenance, third-party changes and failures can interrupt the service. We will not treat a general disclaimer as excluding mandatory consumer remedies for a defective or unavailable digital product.

Payments, cancellation and disputes

Payment must be confirmed by the service before paid access is issued. A pending, failed or abandoned payment does not grant access. Payment-provider identity checks, supported countries, minimums, network costs and processing requirements may apply independently of Mayhem.

Using a download, accepting general terms or paying in cryptocurrency does not by itself remove statutory rights. Any legally valid request for immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of a withdrawal exception must be explicit and recorded separately before supply.

Suspension, liability and updates to terms

Access may be restricted to investigate fraud, credential sharing, security abuse or unlawful conduct. Contact support to ask for review. Suspension does not remove rights that apply to an incorrectly charged payment or an unlawfully withheld service.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Mayhem is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services or losses arising from use contrary to these terms or a server’s rules. Your mandatory rights, including any right to bring a claim in a competent court, remain unaffected.

Contact support first if you have a complaint or dispute so we can identify the order and consider a resolution. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they apply. An updated page does not retroactively remove rights already acquired.
